Luss Distillery opened in October 2025 on the western banks of Loch Lomond, giving the Loch Lomond Group a stunning waterfront home for its whisky and gin brands. First Minister John Swinney attended the official opening. Built partly within a converted smokehouse, the site combines production with a full visitor experience including tours, tastings, and a cafe overlooking the loch. Luss village is one of the most visited spots in Scotland, and the distillery's location makes it one of the most accessible in the country - just 45 minutes from Glasgow.
