Stirling Distillery is Scotland's smallest whisky distillery, located in the shadow of Stirling Castle in the heart of Scotland's historic city. Founded in 2019, the distillery produces award-winning craft gin and single malt whisky. Their new make spirit won Best Scottish New Make Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards 2025, and the first official single malt release was announced for 2026 - the first whisky distilled in Stirling since 1852. The distillery offers daily tours and tastings, and has been ranked the #1 thing to do in Stirling on TripAdvisor. Small-batch production of around 10,000 litres of alcohol per year makes this the most intimate distillery experience in Scotland.
